Abstract

From that Fidel Castro left office in government, the Cuban Revolution should accelerate its process of transformation and thus to test the teachings of the acts of liberation against shortages, political and social apathy, corruption, waste, internal dissent and outside, international pressure, economic blockade and the effects of international financial crisis.
