Abstract
Este artículo tiene como objetivo central analizar las representaciones de las revoluciones cubanas y sandinistas presentes en la revista del exilio Araucaria de Chile entre los años de 1978 y 1990, período de circulación del material impreso. Creada por intelectuales chilenos exiliados durante la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet, la mayoría de ellos vinculados al Partido Comunista de Chile, Araucaria de Chile dedicó espacio considerable al análisis político de esas dos revoluciones latinoamericanas, dando un tono positivo a ambas y tomándolas como modelo en la tentativa de revertir el orden dictatorial en Chile.
