Abstract
En el presente artículo tratamos de realizar un acercamiento a qué fue el Movimiento Español 1959. Nos interesa especialmente contextualizar este Movimiento en la situación internacional del momento, comprender su vinculación ideológica con la revolución cubana y comprobar su alcance y significado. A través de los informes de la mexicana Dirección Federal de Seguridad podremos entender el porqué del interés que despertó en las autoridades mexicanas.
