Abstract
Este artículo propone un análisis del papel que Pedro y Max Henríquez Ureña tuvieron en el proceso de difusión del Ariel, de José Enrique Rodó (1871-1917), en República Dominicana, Cuba y México, durante el período 1901-1908. La investigación archivística y hemerográfica que sustenta el presente trabajo intenta no sólo reconstruir la historia de las ediciones del Ariel, sino resignificar el sistema de redes intelectuales que Rodó desarrolló respecto al horizonte literario antillano y mexicano.
