Abstract
En el presente libro la autora se ocupa de una veta que ha sido insuficientemente estudiada dentro de la justicia transicional: la historia oral. Generalmente, cuando se analiza este tipo de justicia se hace desde un enfoque histórico, jurídico, político, social. La forma en la cual la historia oral se ha ocupado de la justicia transicional es a través de darle voz a las víctimas. Por supuesto que ello es sumamente valioso y necesario, ya que ellas son quienes han sufrido las violaciones a los derechos humanos. Debemos escucharles y atenderles. Sin embargo, Eva Leticia Orduña, en este libro, nos hace ver también la importancia de conocer de manera directa lo que tienen qué decir actores de los cuales la historia oral no ha considerado como el centro de su atención al estudiar la justicia transicional. En este sentido, la autora permite que expertos de diversas disciplinas como lo son abogados, historiadores, antropólogos, entre otros, puedan compartir sus experiencias, sus saberes, sus reflexiones, y también sus deseos y sus temores.
